Below is a list of questions that I was asked to answer. Revealing them publically is a little hard but I feel like it is important:

* What are the main reasons you have gained weight?
I am older and less active, less disciplined, poor habits, lack of dedication, more of an emotional eater than when I was younger, self medicate for depression

* What is the biggest obstacle to losing weight?
Emotional eating, discipline, setbacks, stress and ME

* What kind of activities do you want to do when you lose weight?
Ironman, triathlons, hiking, walking, playing with my kids until they are tired instead of me

* How much weight do you want to lose?
Around 100-120 pounds

* What is your current weight? 325
* What was it 3 years ago? 325
* What was it 10 years ago? 250

* What fears do you have about trying another weight loss program?
If I don't do something now - It may be too late later

1. To be around longer for my family

Top 5 Things that will happen to me if I don't lose the extra weight:
1. Die early/young
2. More BP issues
3. Diabetes
4. Miss out on kids life
5. Depression will get worse
